2011 Memberships now Available – Memberships are from October through September. By giving to this fund you are helping to support NJC’s mission of “promoting the conservation and preservation of natural resources through education community outreach and personal experience.” Various levels are available. Upcoming Activities
Santa’s Workshop—November 20, 2010
Open to children 5 years old and older. Each child must be registered and workshop is limited to 30 participants. $35 fee is due upon registration. Participants can make the following presents: Bird House, sew a rice therapeutic neck rest, paint a Garden Stone, create a stamped photo frame, Tye Dye a pillow case, Roll Beeswax candles and create table napkins

Celebrate the Season
Held at the Red Barn on Conservation Drive – December 18, 2010, 1:00 to 5:00
Petting Zoo, Winter Hike, Story Time, Santa Requests, Craft tables

Homeschool Wednesday
On the second Wednesday of each month from 9 to 11, the NJC will offer a free conservation topic to the homeschooled community. Pre-registration is required. Next session will be November 10, 2010. Please call the office for details. 330.339.7976

April 23, Make and Take your own Rain Barrel Workshop, 1:00 to 4:00 PM, $55/barrel, Program in Yellow Pole Barn
