A lifelong resident of Dover Township, John Karl has served the township for more than 30 years in two positions: road superintendent and trustee. He is the past-chairman and current trustee of the Regional Planning Committee. Karl recently retired after providing 30 years of service to the township as road superintendent but continues to work as a trustee.
