2025 ROAD MATERIALS BIDS

The Trustees of Dover Township, Tuscarawas County, Ohio will accept sealed bids until 6:15 PM on Tuesday May 6, 2025 for the following items: 

• 1. 25,000 gallons more or less of RS2 or equivalent to be applied to various Dover Township roads. Bids shall include application of cover aggregate (#8 and #57 stone to be supplied by the Township), traffic control, post compaction with pneumatic roller. Tar and stone application shall be completed with 18 foot variable width single pass coverage equipment. Material must meet ODOT specs. 
• 2A.) 1600 Tons more or less of 404 mix to be applied to various Dover Township roads.
• 2B.) 1400 gallons more or less of 407 tack applied 
• 3. 200 tons more or less of 402/404 mix to be picked up at plant. 

All 402/404 must meet Dover Township specs. 
The Dover Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids as well as the right to accept the lowest and/or best bid.
